Please be careful in our parking lot. There is still a lot of ice and snow.
We will also be OPEN TOMORROW with our regular schedule. The scheduled Belt Test is still on...you may come in early to work on belt moves. We will not have another belt test for 6 weeks.

This is a great time to try out those classes that you've been meaning to! Come make up your missed time by taking Jiu-jitsu or Thai Boxing regardless of what program you're signed up for.
Guest Instructor Alvin Chan will be coming next Thursday. The belt test for this Saturday is still on, you may come in early to review belt material.
Tuesday, February 9th.
We will be open for the following classes tonight. JR 2 5:30, KB 6:30 and Thai Boxing 7:15. Please come at your own discretion! We will close promptly at 8:15. Be aware that roads may freeze at dark.
Method will be CLOSED tonight, February 8th due to re-freezing roads. Please check back here for the schedule for Tuesday and Wednesday. You may make up missed class time by taking Thai Boxing or Jiu-jitsu regardless of what program you are signed up for.

Congratulations to the Kids' Team Method who competed at the North American Grappling Championships.
They did a great job bringing home lots of medals, but more importantly
they showed up and competed with a great attitude and did their very best.

Instructor Eddie also received 2nd place in Men's No Gi Welter Weight Intermediate division with over 23 competitors in it! He had 2 of the fastest submissions of the division.
